Aperitif
Locally baked sour dough bread with a choice of two or three side dishes which are green olives, vintage Balsamic Vinegar and Greek extra virgin olive oil £2.50 for two £3.00 for the three.

Starters

Soup of the day
Homemade soup served with home baked roll see specials board for this evening’s choice. £4.95

Digbeths Pates
Home-made chicken liver pate served with home made chutney or smoked mackerel pate with a rhubarb compote. This is accompanied by selection of toasted breads and side salad. £6.55

Black Pudding, Smoked Bacon, Walnuts and Mozzarella Cheese
This is a warm salad of the above served with rocket and dill dressed with our own basil oil. £6.25 or
£9.25 main.

Crayfish and Smoked Salmon Cocktail
Crayfish and Smoked Salmon tossed in our own marie rose sauce on a crisp bed of iceberg lettuce and garnished with lime and dill accompanied by slices of bread and butter. £6.55.

Mains

Fish Cakes
These are a mixture of white fish which also includes Salmon, Tuna, Cray Fish cooked in white wine and seasoned with spring onion. The fish cakes are pan-fried and served on a bed of spinach and pine nuts with sweet chilli dip or home made tartar sauce on the side. £9.75

The Digbeths Home Made Beef Burger
Our burgers are made here on the premises with locally sourced meat served on a burger bap baked locally with homemade salsa, pesto mayo and hand cut chips fried in organic oil and garnished with a crisp fresh salad. £9.95

Cotswold Lager Battered Cod and Hand Cut Chips
Cod with a light Cotswold lager batter made with organic flour served with hand cut chips fried in organic local oil, home made mushy peas & tartar sauce garnished with a crisp green salad. £10.25 or if you prefer haddock at £11.25.

Warm Salad of Free-range Chicken, Chorizo and Salad Potatoes
Lightly spiced pieces of free range chicken breast (chilli seasoning) stir fried with warm new potatoes, chorizo and rocket, topped with parmesan. £9.75

Digbeths Vegetarian Sausages and Mash
A very popular homemade vegetarian dish of cheese, leeks, herbs and spices rolled into sausage shapes served on seasonal mash potato with onion gravy (these can also be served as a non meat alternative to the beef burger). £9.25

Digbeths Pie of the Day
A home-made pie filling made with locally sourced meat served with fresh seasonal vegetables and topped with a pastry lid. (See specials board) £9.95

Braised Lamb Shank
The Lamb is braised slowly in red wine and shallot sauce. Served with creamy mash potatoes and seasonal vegetables £12.95

Trev Beadles 8oz Sirloin Steak
The steak is served with hand cut chips or jacket potato, homemade ratatouille, onion rings, field mushroom, grilled tomato and Mike’s homemade sauce of the day. £14.25
